Atlas is metadata-only and link-first by default.
What Atlas displays
Source-linked or structured event labels, source domain and URL, timestamps, categories, geography, independent-domain counts, and direct links to original sources.
What Atlas does not republish
Full articles, article bodies, excerpts, publisher images, social preview images, or unreviewed publisher-origin claims.
Publisher origin
“Countries reporting” excludes unknown origins. Event geography is not used as a proxy for publisher location. Country pages keep “Reported From Here” unavailable until explicit publisher review provides reliable coverage.
